What GymRally charges
- A monthly software subscription shaped around active client seats.
- Extra message and AI usage when you go above the allowance in your plan.
- Extra file storage when your business needs it.
What GymRally never charges
- A percentage of your coaching revenue. The GymRally platform fee on payments is zero.
- A separate line item every time a trainer or administrator needs access.
- A fee for members to hold their own account and see their history.
Card processing fees are charged by Stripe directly to your own account at their published rates. GymRally adds nothing on top.
Questions
Before you ask
What exactly is a billable seat?
An active client. Coach, admin and support seats are never billed, so growing your team does not increase your bill. Active client numbers are metered daily and reconciled at the end of each billing period.
What happens if I go over my client seats?
You are not cut off mid-session. You are told you have exceeded the tier, and you move up when it suits you. Nothing about a client’s access to their own history depends on your subscription state.
Are card processing fees included?
No. Card payments run through your own Stripe account, so Stripe’s processing fees are charged by Stripe directly to you at their published rates. GymRally adds nothing on top.
Is there a contract?
Monthly, cancellable. If you leave, you get a 30-day read-only grace period with a full export of your data before anything is archived, and your clients keep their own accounts and their own export regardless.
Do you support currencies other than GBP?
Not currently. GymRally is focused on UK coaching businesses and GBP, including the bank-transfer and payment workflows common here.

How is white-label mode priced?
White-label is quoted around the size of your trainer team, active clients, locations and the level of branding you need. We scope onboarding and rollout with you, then give you one clear monthly price rather than a list of surprise add-ons.
