For members

Your coaching, in one place you actually want to open.

If your trainer uses GymRally, this is your side of it: today’s session, the workout in front of you, what you have left on your package, how you are progressing, and a straight line back to the person coaching you.

GymRally accounts are created by your trainer. If you have not been invited yet, ask them.

What you get

Six things that stop being your problem

Not a client portal bolted onto somebody’s back office. The parts of coaching you actually touch, built for a phone on a gym floor.

  • Today, without the guesswork

Your next session, the coach taking it, where it is and what you have been asked to do — on one screen you can read in the changing room.

  • A workout that keeps up with you

Log sets, reps and weight as you go, with rest timers and your coach’s cues on the movement. If reception drops mid-set, logging carries on.

  • A session balance you can trust

How many sessions are left, what each booking used and why a balance changed — with a date and a reason, not a number that quietly moves.

  • Progress you can actually read

Measurements and training history build into a trend over weeks and months, instead of living in screenshots and a note on your phone.

  • Forms and documents in one place

Health screening, agreements and anything your coach assigns arrive in your account, and the exact version you signed is kept with your signature.

  • The people coaching you, named

See who coaches you, keep one account if more than one specialist supports you, and know which organisation provided each part of it.

Getting started

How you end up with a GymRally account

It begins with a coach, every time. That is deliberate — the account exists to hold a coaching relationship, not to sell you an app.

Your coach invites you

GymRally accounts start with a coaching relationship. Your trainer sends the invitation from their side; there is no public sign-up that drops you into a product with nobody coaching you.

You complete what they have asked for

Usually health screening and an agreement. You see the full document before you sign it, and your copy stays in your account afterwards.

Your coaching lives in one place

Sessions, programme, progress, balance and documents from that point on — on your phone, in the same account, for as long as the relationship lasts.

Who does what

Your trainer coaches you. GymRally holds the record.

Worth being precise about, because it decides who you talk to when something matters — and what happens to your information in between.

Who provides the coaching
Your trainer, or the coaching business they work for. They set the programme, the schedule, the prices and the cancellation terms. GymRally provides the software they run it on and is not your personal-training provider.
Who your agreement is with
The coaching business named on the agreement, not GymRally. The screen you sign on names that business and its trainer, so you always know who you are contracting with before you sign.
Your account is yours
One account across every coach you work with. If you stop training with someone, your history and documents stay with you rather than disappearing with their subscription.
Sharing between coaches
When two coaching organisations support you, nothing is shared between them by default. You choose what may be shared, and you can withdraw that immediately from your own settings.
Health information
Screening answers, injuries and clinical notes are held apart from everyday admin, encrypted with a key belonging to your coach’s organisation, and every read of them is logged.
Something has gone wrong
A question about your coaching, sessions or money goes to your trainer, who is the provider. A problem with the app, your account or your privacy comes to GymRally. Safety concerns reach GymRally either way.

GymRally is the platform, not the provider. Your coaching is delivered by the trainer or business named on your agreement. What GymRally guarantees is that the record of it — sessions, balances, signed documents and progress — stays accurate and stays available to you.

Built for the basement gym

It has to work where the signal doesn’t

Most training happens in the worst possible place for a mobile connection. The app is built for that rather than surprised by it.

  • Set logging continues while you are offline, and the app tells you what is still waiting to sync.
  • Nothing is silently dropped: a set you logged is either uploaded or visibly queued, never quietly lost.
  • Your current workout and your coach’s notes on each movement stay available once the session has loaded.
  • Rest timers keep running without a connection, because a timer that needs the internet is not a timer.

Straight answers

Questions members ask

Do I pay GymRally anything?

No. Your trainer or their coaching business pays for the software. You pay them for coaching, on whatever terms the two of you agreed, and GymRally never charges you for having an account.

How do I get an account?

Your coach invites you. GymRally accounts exist to hold a coaching relationship, so there is no public sign-up that leaves you with an app and nobody coaching you. If your trainer uses GymRally, ask them to send the invitation.

What happens if I change trainer?

You keep one account. Your own history, measurements and signed documents stay with you, and the new coaching relationship is added alongside rather than replacing what came before.

Can my coach see everything about me?

Your coach sees what they need to coach you, including the health screening you completed for them. Where more than one coaching organisation supports you, nothing crosses between them unless you allow it, and you can withdraw that at any time.

Does the app work without signal?

Yes. Once a workout has loaded, set logging, rest timers and your coach’s notes keep working offline. Anything waiting to upload is shown as waiting rather than treated as saved.

Who do I contact if something goes wrong?

For anything about your coaching, sessions, prices or refunds, speak to your trainer — they are the provider. For a problem with the app, your account or your privacy, contact GymRally. Safety concerns can always come to GymRally directly.

Training with a coach who isn’t on GymRally yet?

Send them the trainer side. If it fits how they work, your sessions, balance, programme and progress end up in one place — and stay there.
